We want you to love every piece from Elysia Silver.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

• Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Purchased directly from elysiajewelry0@gmail.com

Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our team at elysiajewelry0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or style, subject to availability.
